Interprofessional Funds

Confimea Imprese collaborates with a number of Interprofessional Funds that make available, through innovative and effective delivery tools, resources to finance training plans with the aim of updating, qualifying/re-qualifying and adapting the skills of employees of member companies.

Companies of all categories, of any size and located throughout Italy can join our Interprofessional Funds to train all employees who have a permanent or fixed-term contract.

Workers who have been laid off, in mobility or under apprenticeship, co.co.co. and co.co.pro contracts may also be included in funded training. Seasonal employees who, within the 12 months prior to the submission of the training project, have worked under the employ of companies that are members of the same Fund are also included.

All types of training, whether on safety (Legislative Decree 81/08) or skills upgrading, and all types of fruition (classroom, e-learning, on-the-job training, etc.) are eligible for funding

How to join

Employers can have their company join an Interprofessional Fund by transferring to it 0.30 percent of the involuntary unemployment benefit, a contribution already mandatorily paid to INPS for each worker.

Membership can be made in any month of the year, at the same time with the transmission of mandatory communications (UNIEMENS/DMAG), and is valid until revoked.

The mode of membership varies according to the type of Enterprise:

Farm

Agricultural enterprises wishing to join an Interprofessional Fund can do so through the quarterly "DMAG" declaration procedures

  • Company that has never joined a Fund. (1st adhesion): in the telematic DMAG, select the function Special Management - Interprofessional Funds - New Membership - Enter Membership - select the interprofessional fund;
  • Company already a member of another Fund: in the telematic DMAG select the function Special Management - Interprofessional Funds - Revocation and select the new fund.

Other types of companies

Firms wishing to join an Interprofessional Fund must do so using one of the monthly contribution statements in the ways outlined below

  • Company that has never joined a Fund (1st adhesion): in the aggregate UNIEMENS, within the element Fondointerprof - Adhesion, the code for the chosen Fund should be selected followed by the indication of the number of employees;
  • Company already a member of another Fund: in the aggregate UNIEMENS, within the element. Fondointerprof - Revocation the code REVO (which refers to blue-collar, white-collar and middle management workers) should be entered, after which the code for the new Fund should be selected followed by the indication of the number of employees.
